 A pair of 19th Century Ottoman sherbet spoons ,  the handles made from ox bone  with a pineapple stylised finial , the bowls of the spoon in tortosiseshell . Sherbet or Sharbat was a
varied mix of sweet soft drinks flavoured with various spices and sometimes flowers which would be served chilled.
