 A good Charles II Bronze Mortar , ownership initials P over W T ,opposite cartouche with three crowns representing King of  Scotland France & England , the king of France being only nominal which has been claimed by every English monarch since Edward 111 , a pair of victory teardrops of St George & the dragon flanked either side.  attributed to Suffolk Foundry X 1660 -1665.
